I've spent more than 30 years helping organisations, communities and leaders navigate change, shape strategy and build capability.
Along the way I've learnt that successful change is less about knowing the answer and more about bringing people together, asking better questions and creating confidence to move forward. I'm endlessly curious about people, patterns and possibilities. I naturally see connections that others may miss, combining strategic thinking, practical delivery, human insight and emerging technologies to help others see the bigger picture and take meaningful action. Whether I'm working with founders, community organisations, executives or governance teams, my role is much the same: strengthening leadership, helping people make sense of complexity, uncover new possibilities and create lasting impact. Rather my mahi (work) has taken me across leadership, governance, regional development, community, business and government, where I've developed a reputation for quickly understanding complexity, bringing fresh perspective, seeing possibilities and delivering practical outcomes.
